All sales with myrazer18 comes with 7-days warranty unless advertised differently. If the item(s) ordered is defective, please feel no hesitate to contact us within the warranty period and we will replace the defective item(s) for you with an item of equal functionality.
In the event that a suitable replacement is not available or out of stock, a refund (including shipping) will be issued in the form of the original payment method. Specific terms and conditions:
- For replacement, merchandise must be returned within 3 days of receipt and in the original packaging accompanied with packing slip.
- Returned item(s) must not have any signs of abuse or intentional damage.
- We will carefully inspect returned item(s) upon receipt before issuing refunds, credits, or exchanges.
- Merchandise should be carefully packed and insured for the full purchase price and shipped via traceable means.
- Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
- Short-shipments, DOA (Dead On Arrival) and Deviations products must be reported within 3 days from delivered date.
- A refund may be issued if replacement is not available or out of stock.
- Replacement item(s) will be shipped only after receipt and inspection of original item(s).
- Returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- All defective products will be replaced within the appropriate warranty period.
- It may take up to 7 business days to process your return after we receive your product.

- Merchandise should be carefully packed to prevent any losses or damages in transit.
